I CANT STAND
when people will go to a SALON and pay big bucks ,but will turn down all the offers a FREELANCE artist gave them ,it gets me upset ,we work on our own,we buy our own products ,we work our asses off to get clients to keep money coming in ,how dare you look down on us,
PHOTOGRAPHERS -if you need a makeup artist /hairstylist then YOU have to pay ))or the MODELS do. NOBODY LIKES WORKING FOR FREE It's NOT FAIR
AND WE ARE USING OUR PRODUCTS,
OK we get free images but we can take our own pics and edit ourselves ITS THE PRINCIPAL STOP GETTING OVER ON MAKEUP/HAIRSTYLIST...
IN LIFE YOU GOTTA HAVE A GUARD UP

...WORK FOR WHAT YOU PUT IN

WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO CHARGE WHAT THE SALON charge then that wouldn't make sense because your supposed to have steady clients why?? because your fee decent and you travel..
SALONS CHARGE A LOT BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO PAY rent
they rent chairs..(which is illegal) if you went to cosmetology school but hey people still do it...
IN CONCLUSION DO NoT jip people off don't try and get over on folks because they need your services because they don't they can always go elsewhere...
clients seek all options
don't settle for the 1st option
work in your budget
why I say that is because people will take the first option and not be satisfied and run rumors around expecting people not to work with that artist
